Return Policy

You may return item/s within 30 days of purchase under below conditions.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
Inspection of the item will follow after your return is received (usually within 24 business hours of receipt).

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to ReturnTank.com warehouse.

 

Damaged Items
  • Please let us know ASAP if any item/s on your order arrive damaged within 14 days of receipt.
  • Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS/FEDEX/USPS/DHL) and ReturnTank.com will assist our customers in these claims.
  • Please keep all original shipping containers
  • In order to initiate a claim with a carrier, pictures of damaged item/s and packaging must be provided. Take pictures of packaging and damaged item/s and email to sales@returntank.com (If these are not provided, ReturnTank.com will not be able and help initiating a claim).
  • We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like! 

 

Warranty Returns

  • To determine warranty requirements for a specific item/s, please contact us via email for assistance to sales@returntank.com
  • Please note warranty processing may take 2-4 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion.
  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence. 

 

Return Shipping Options

  • Customers have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order. We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and to add insurance to your return shipment.
  • ReturnTank.com is not responsible for any damage or loss associated with your return.
  • You're responsible for all shipping cost associated with your return.
  • Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. 

 

Returns Process

Contact sales@returntank.com to initiate a return by requesting a 'Return Goods Authorization' (RGA).

Explain the reason why you are returning the item. Returned product/s must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging.

Include the RGA number with each shipment back to ReturnTank.com. You have 14 days from the day the RGA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience. Do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in an additional shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our Return Department. 

Please retain your return tracking information. ReturnTank.com is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from ReturnTank.com when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited.

 

Item/Product Condition & Refund

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  • Inspection of the item will follow after your return is received (usually within 24 hours of receipt).
  • Your refund will be processed after the item condition is approved. When not approved, you refund request will be denied and you will receive an email notification with details. 
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Contact sales@returntank.com if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!
